BioDADPep is a manually curated database of antidiabetic peptides.

Information about antidiabetic peptides is scattered all over the literature. To date, there is no database dedicated to searchable anti-diabetic peptide sequences and their associated biological information.

BioDADPep is a new database containing peptide entries and made the peptides searchable by their targets and sources.

The database has a web-based GUI (Graphical User Interface) with a simple Google-like search function.

The database is useful as information cross-references for researchers in antidiabetic therapeutic peptide designing and peptide optimization.

To our knowledge, there is no existing online antidiabetic peptide database dedicated to Diabetes mellitus.
